Our cookies are 100% handmade. We bake in small batches to ensure that each cookies is loaded with top quality ingredients. Although we don’t use entirely organic ingredients we do use a LOT of them. Our cost also includes the cost for shipping. Each recipe is also 100% created from scratch. Just taste our cookies and you’ll agree it’s a small price to pay.

Yes, the prices listed include the cost for shipping.
We ship each batch via UPS or USPS priority mail. These packages are generally delivered within 2-3 days. We provide tracking details and carefully monitor all shipments to make sure your cookies arrive in top notch shape.
No, at this time we only ship within the United States.
We package each cookie of the month to ensure freshness. Because each cookie varies, packaging varies month to month. We do test package each cookie to make sure your cookies arrive fresh.

No, our kitchen is not nut free. Our cookies are also not peanut allergy friendly. We do list each ingredient in our cookies and would be happy to share those with you prior to purchase should you have allergy concerns.
We are a small, family-run business. We are fortunate enough to have our very own “cookie house” which is an entire single-family home dedicated solely to baking cookies. Our cookie kitchen looks exactly like your kitchen at home. We use the same type of ovens, mixers, measuring cups and spoons that any at-home baker would. We just happen to bake only cookies in our kitchen. We are known as a “cottage food bakery.”
No, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.
However, you may reach out and lets us see at what process your order is at. We’ll work to accommodate if we can.
At this time we do not offer gift cards.
Absolutely! We love giving gifts, and who doesn’t love receiving homemade cookies? Just let us know who your gift is for and what type of gift message you would like to go into your cookies.
While we do only offer one Cookie of the Month flavor, we understand that you may not wish to enjoy that cookie. Each month there is an alternate flavor for you to choose instead. The alternate flavor does not change each month. Currently we offer The Triple Chocolate in the winter months and The Lemon in the summer months.
While we hope that you enjoy every single bite, we understand sometimes this might not be the case. Please reach out to us if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and we can work together to find a resolution.
We do not offer gluten free or vegan cookie options at this time.

Our cookie cottage is located in Mebane, NC. We love baking for local customers.
If you are purchasing a cookie SUBSCRIPTION product, and you select local pick-up, you will automatically receive a 33% off discount. This applies to SUBSCRIPTION products only.
For all other products, simply select local pick-up and you will not be charged our flat shipping/delivery free.
Please note, you will be required to pick up your cookies at our cookie cottage in Mebane, NC (27302) should you select local pick up.
