In our house, May feels like the longest month of the whole year. Spring break has sailed, and summer break is still weeks away. The days last longer because the sun doesn’t set until late. We are always looking for ways to refresh and recharge in May. What better way than a glass of nice cold raspberry lemonade?
Speaking of lemonade….we are stoked to introduce our May Cookie of the Month, Raspberry Lemonade Cookie. This cookie is squeezed full of fresh organic lemons. We’ve tossed in lots and lots of bits of raspberry jam. Next we take such a delicious citrusy sweet treat and top it with our very popular raspberry sugar AND chunky lemon crumbles. Every bite will have you feeling more and more refreshed just like a nice cool glass of raspberry lemonade.
