January 2024 Cookie of the Month
| January is a month when we focus on resets. Many of us choose a resolution or even a phrase to focus on in the new year. This cookie baker is choosing to use January as a time to rest, eat cookies, and hang out with family. A time to remember to slow down and enjoy every single nibble. With that, we’ve created our sensational January COM, Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip. The Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip is a decadent cookie filled with morsels of flavor bursting in each bite. We start with browned butter. If you’ve ever had brown butter you know how amazing it is! It provides a silky, caramel-like flavor to our cookie. We’ve added in the most creamy Belgian milk chocolate chips we could find. There’s actually more Belgian chocolate in this cookie than any other ingredient. Because we believe in flavor adventures, we decided to sprinkle in some caramel chips. They provide just the right sweet touch of caramel to boost this cookie to the ultimate level of flavor. Finally each scrumptious morsel is topped with a healthy dose of our homemade vanilla bean infused flaky sea salt. The Flipped Chip is proving to be a VERY popular cookie experience with its rich almost fudge-like flavor. Cookies will begin bouncing out of the cookie kitchen a smidge later this month while the cookie maker takes a few days to enjoy the company of her family.
